Can I pay for goods on delivery?

Sorry, currently we can not accept cash on delivery. All the payment should be done before the products dispatched

Price including GST?

Product price on the shopping site is not including GST. We will notify you detail of all the money we charge you including GST, delivery fee and other relevant fees if needed.

Where is the product shipped from?

Normally we don’t have many stocks in our warehouse in Australia. Instead of that we import products directly from Japanese manufacturer after order placement from you. By keeping our stock level as low as possible, we can make product price competitive even after considering shipping cost from Japan. Most of the products are tentatively shipped to our workshop in North Bondi for strict quality check. After we check the product, we dispatch the product to anywhere in Australia or any other location around the world.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

All the parts are from Japan, with shipping it will take 5days - 30days. Estimated delivery time will be notified through email or fax when we confirm payment.

Can I cancel order?

If you want to cancel your order, the sooner you notify us, the better, especially because we import the product directly from Japanese manufacturer after your order placement. Cancelation will be accepted in accordance with following clause.

(a)Before the product is dispatched for delivery from Japan
     * You may cancel your order and we refund all of the money we charged you

(b)After the product is dispatched for delivery from Japan but before from Bondi
     * We may charge you chancel fee (XX% of total product price) and refund you the rest.

(c)After the product is dispatched from Bondi
     * We can not accept cancelation. You may only return product in accordance with the Return policy

Can I return the product after delivery?

Product return is accepted only in certain circumstances.
