Warranty period
Basically we give 6 month warranty to all the electrical products and 3 month warranty to other products on the Site.
However warranty period may be changed depending on the products especially in case of custom order parts.
All the detail of warranty should be notified when we confirm your order
Return or exchange of product during warranty period
If you find any defectiveness during the warranty period, you can return or exchange the products in accordance with our H.I.T.77 return policy as follows

Our goal is making car ownership an enjoyable and fulfilling experience not only for enthusiasts, but for every member of our society that owns a car. In that sense, we are trying to make shopping through our website as comfortable as possible and easy return is essential for comfortable online shopping.
However, since almost all of our products are stocked in Japan and need to be imported after your order. In certain circumstances, we might have to charge you cancellation or/and delivery fee in accordance with following clause:
Basic return and refund policy
(a)If the product you received is damaged or incorrect
(i)If you make return notice within 5 business days of the Delivery
HIT will refund all amounts we charged you including delivery fee and any other relevant fee.
(ii) If you make return notice After 5 business days of the Delivery
HIT will only charge you delivery cost for return way to us and refund the rest
(b)If the product you received is in decent condition.
HIT can not accept return
(c)If you find defectiveness of the product after the delivery
(i)If you make notice before warranty is expired
HIT will exchange the product without any extra charge to you, but can not accept return of the products and refund.
(ii)If you make notice after warranty is expired
HIT can not accept any product exchange, return and refund.
Non returnable product and service
Following items are not returnable in any case
(a)Paint costs on painted products
(b)Any custom order parts (except damaged product)
(c)Any item marked or classified as “non returnable” (except damaged product)
Return procedure
1)To return a product you must first request our customer service.

2) All the products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
3) Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop in North Bondi Sydney, (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your bank account. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
